Seller Terms

Draft — attorney review required. This page is maintained by NEXTANITY The Media as plain-language guidance to help artists and fans understand our platform. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by an attorney. Have your lawyer review and finalize the exact language before you rely on it.

These terms apply on top of the main Terms of Service whenever you sell anything on Nextanity.

1. Eligibility

You must be an artist account, must have completed Stripe Connect onboarding, and must not be signed to a label / publishing / exclusive distribution deal that would conflict with selling here. See Community & Eligibility.

2. What you can sell

3. Fees

4. Payouts

Payouts go to your Stripe Connect account on Stripe's payout schedule (typically 2–7 business days after a charge). Nextanity does not hold your money.

5. Taxes

You are responsible for reporting and paying all taxes (sales tax, VAT, income tax) on what you sell. Stripe may collect and remit sales tax in some jurisdictions — that does not remove your obligation to file.

6. Refunds and chargebacks

7. Fulfillment

Ship physical items on time and to the address the buyer provided. If you can't ship, refund. Fulfillment failures at scale can result in suspension.

8. Prohibited items

No firearms, drugs, counterfeit goods, adult content, or items you don't have rights to sell.

9. Sync & beat licenses

Publish clear license terms on each listing (territory, media, term, exclusivity). The buyer's checkout is their license — keep the contract PDF you generate on Nextanity.
