Nextanity respects the intellectual property of others and expects the same from every user. We respond to valid DMCA takedown notices and terminate repeat infringers.
Artists are responsible for their uploads
Nextanity is a hub. Every artist certifies at upload time that they own or control all rights (masters, publishing, samples, features, artwork) required to publish and monetize their content. Copyright ownership stays with the artist — we never claim it.
Report infringement (DMCA notice)
Send a written notice to dmca@nextanity.com that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The URL(s) of the infringing content on Nextanity.
- Your contact information (address, phone, email).
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was in error, you can file a counter-notice at the same email. We will forward it to the reporter and, if they don't sue within 10–14 business days, restore the content.
Repeat-infringer policy
Accounts that receive multiple valid takedowns will be permanently terminated. Payouts on infringing sales may be reversed.
False claims
Filing a false DMCA notice or counter-notice can subject you to legal liability. Please be honest.
