Nextanity is an artist-first platform. We collect the minimum data required to run it and we give artists control over their fan relationships.
1. What we collect
- Account: email, handle, display name, password hash, role (artist or fan).
- Profile: avatar, banner, bio, location, links you choose to add.
- Content: music, artwork, videos, photos, lyrics, credits.
- Commerce: orders, payouts, and Stripe Connect account status (Stripe stores card data — we don't).
- Usage: pages visited, plays, votes, and basic device metadata.
2. How we use it
- Run the platform and personalize what you see.
- Process payments through Stripe.
- Send transactional email (order receipts, password resets).
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and copyright infringement.
3. Fan email ownership
When a fan signs up to an artist's email list on Nextanity, that email belongs to the artist. Artists can export their fan email list at any time. We do not sell, rent, or share fan lists across artists.
4. Who we share with
- Stripe — for payments, payouts, and tax reporting.
- Lovable Cloud / hosting — infrastructure that stores your data.
- Law enforcement — only when legally required.
5. Your rights
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@nextanity.com. You can delete your account at any time from settings.
6. Cookies
We use only essential cookies for auth and session. No third-party ad trackers.
